By creating an account or using getowl.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity in your workspaces. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use getowl.ai for spam, phishing, malware distribution, illegal content, or activities that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel or downgrade at any time from workspace settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@getowl.ai.
Limitation of liability
getowl.ai is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
